MCQs · Test series · FMGE information

We don’t need you to top. We need you to get 150.

FMGE is a threshold exam, not a ranking exam. A candidate who scores 150 gets exactly the same licence as one who scores 250. So this is a question bank, a blueprint-weighted test series and a dashboard that tells you which topics stand between you and 150 — and nothing else. No video lectures. No ₹25,000 course.

FMGE December 2026

Loading countdown…

Estimated. NBEMS has not announced the exam date yet. Expected third or fourth week of December 2026.

Applications expected to open October–November 2026.

Blueprint-exact weighting

Every practice set and every mock is weighted exactly as NBEMS weights the paper — Medicine 33, Surgery 32, Community Medicine 30, and so on down all 20 subjects. Not a NEET PG bank with an FMGE label on it.

True sectional-lock simulation

The real exam splits each part into time-bound sections you cannot re-enter once the clock runs out. Almost nobody replicates that, so candidates meet it for the first time in the exam hall. Our mocks lock the same way.

Explanations written by a doctor

80 to 150 words on every question, explaining why the right answer is right and why each of the other three is wrong, with a textbook citation. Read ten thousand of those and you have effectively read a course.

Where the marks actually are

Most candidates allocate their time very differently from how NBEMS allocates its marks. Community Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynaecology together carry 60 marks — more than Medicine. Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry carry 51 between them, and almost everyone under-prepares them.

300 marks in total, across 20 subjects. Radiotherapy and Radiodiagnosis are listed separately by NBEMS, at 5 marks each — which is why this is 20 subjects and not the 19 most sites quote.
